Hello, Kelly,
ReplyDeleteI know this recipe well. Do you know why it is named "Young Thailand Hot Sauce"?
It is named after the REAL cook who created it, Wandee Young, and is directly from her cookbook Simply Thai Cooking. This wonderful cookbook is on its 3rd edition. I bought the first edition many (many) years ago, and after my entire household was stolen during a move, one of of the first re-purchases was this book, in the 3rd edition.
Luckily this Young Thailand Hot Sauce was not revised out!
Let's give credit where credit is rightfully due, and acknowledge the orignator of this recipe!
Her book It is available on Amazon.
